About the competition
National qualifier strength competition
Hawaii’s Strongest Man and Woman is a Strongman Corporation sanctioned event and official national qualifier held inside Hi Fit Expo 2026.
Athletes compete across multiple events testing total strength, endurance, and performance in front of a live audience of athletes, families, and fans.
This is a destination competition as well as a qualifier, giving athletes a chance to compete in Hawaii while testing themselves against top strength athletes.
Who can compete
Open to qualified athletes
This competition is open to qualified athletes and is not limited to local competitors. Mainland and visiting athletes are welcome to register and compete.

Important
Two step registration required
Step 1. Complete competition entry through the official Strongman registration form. Step 2. Complete Hi Fit Expo athlete registration to receive event access and credentials.
