Live arm wrestling at Hi Fit Expo 2026
The Hawaii Arm Wrestling Tournament brings right and left hand divisions to the expo floor for a high energy live competition inside Hi Fit Expo 2026.
This event is built for competitive pullers, first time spectators, and the wider Hawaii strength community. Athletes compete in front of a live expo audience at Hawaii’s premier fitness, sport, and healthy lifestyle event.
Important
No late entry. Athletes must complete check in before weigh ins close.

Who can compete
Open to all competitors
Open to male and female athletes across all experience levels. Participants must complete athlete check in in advance and compete within their designated weight class.

Rules and format
Competition structure
Standard arm wrestling competition format with right and left hand divisions. Final match procedures and event oversight are managed by the promoter on site.
