Hi Fit Expo 2025 is Hawaii’s premier family-friendly fitness, sports, and healthy living expo, uniting the community for two days of inspiration, movement, and connection. Held at the Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall in Honolulu, this exciting event brings together athletes, families, health and wellness brands, keiki fitness programs, and professional recruiters all under one roof.
