3. Purchases, Deposits, and Reservations

Some purchases on this site represent deposits or reservations for event-related inventory (such as vendor booths, sponsorship packages, or tickets). By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation by Hi Fit Expo.
• A deposit reserves inventory only when payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if inventory is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.

4. Vendor and Sponsor Applications

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• We may approve, deny, or request changes to maintain event quality, safety, and category balance.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining required permits or licenses, and complying with venue rules.
• If approved, additional requirements may apply, including insurance, load-in instructions, booth rules, and safety guidelines.

5. Event Rules and Conduct

• You agree to comply with all event rules, venue policies, and staff instructions.
• We may remove any attendee, vendor, sponsor, or participant for unsafe conduct, harassment, illegal activity, or policy violations.
• You are responsible for your property and personal belongings at all times.

6. Schedule Changes, Cancellation, and Force Majeure

Event details may change due to operational needs, venue requirements, safety concerns, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

• We may adjust schedules, programming, floor plans, booth placement, or policies at any time.
• If the event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, natural disaster, public health emergency, government restrictions, venue closure, labor disruptions, or similar events), we will communicate next steps, which may include rescheduling, credit, or partial refund depending on costs incurred.

7. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls for refund-related issues.

8. Photography, Video, and Media Release

• The event may be photographed or recorded.
• By attending or participating, you grant Hi Fit Expo permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in event-related media for marketing, documentation, and promotional purposes, without compensation.
• If you have a specific concern, contact us before the event so we can provide reasonable guidance.

9. Intellectual Property

• All site content, branding, graphics, and materials are owned by Hi Fit Expo or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.
• You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute site content without written permission.
• Vendors and sponsors retain ownership of their own trademarks and materials.

11. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site.
• You are responsible for assessing suitability of participation, including any health and safety considerations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hi Fit Expo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
