Important notes
- Vendor booths include space only unless otherwise specified. Vendors should plan to bring their own tables, chairs, and display materials.
- Electricity requests should be submitted during onboarding. Availability is limited.
- Booth assignments are not finalized until required onboarding items are completed.
- Final load in instructions will be sent closer to event week.
