About the competition
Two day powerlifting championship at Hi Fit Expo 2026
The USPA Tested and Open 808 Championships 2026 brings two full days of competitive powerlifting to Hi Fit Expo 2026, featuring tested and non tested divisions across multiple classes.
Athletes can compete in Full Power, Bench Only, or Deadlift Only, with Raw, Classic Raw, and Single Ply categories available.
Who can compete
Open to qualified lifters
This event includes both tested and open divisions. Saturday is for all women and men through 75kg. Sunday is for men 82.5kg through 140kg plus.

Drug testing for the tested division is by urinalysis. Testing will be a 10 percent targeted random selection based on top Dots scores.

Awards
Class and age group awards
Awards are given for first through third place in each qualifying weight class and division. Junior, Submaster, and Master categories are also recognized by age group. Best Lifter awards are given to qualified lifters with five or more competitors in their class.
Qualifier
Pathway to higher level competition
This event is a qualifier for any IPL competition or USPA national level competition for athletes who achieve the required qualifying total during the appropriate qualifying period.
