Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaiʻi is a nonprofit mentoring organization serving youth across Oʻahu, Maui, and Kauaʻi since 1963. Through professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships, the organization connects local youth with caring adult volunteers who provide guidance, encouragement, and positive role modeling.
Programs include community-based mentoring, school and site-based mentoring, and specialized initiatives designed to support young adults as they navigate education, career exploration, and personal development. By fostering meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for growth, Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaiʻi helps strengthen families, empower keiki, and build healthier communities throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
As a Community Partner of HI FIT EXPO 2026, the organization helps advance youth development, leadership, and positive community engagement across Hawaiʻi.
