Important requirements
- No cooking or open flame is permitted inside the Exhibition Hall
- All cooking must take place outdoors in the designated cooking area
- Hawaii Department of Health Special Event Food Permit required
- Certificate of Insurance required prior to the event
- Electrical access is limited and must be approved in advance if needed
- All vendor payments are final
Food vendor space is limited to five total vendors. Once full, placements will close.
