Food Vendors. Hi Fit Expo 2026
Setup day: June 26, 2026 • Public show days: June 27 and 28, 2026 • Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. Honolulu, Hawaii
Food vendors must submit an application for review. Approved vendors will receive a private payment link.
Step 1. Submit Application
Complete the vendor application with the following information:
- Company name and primary contact
- Menu and concept
- Equipment and power needs (amps or watts)
- On-site cooking or open flame details
- Certificate of Insurance if available
Only five food vendor spaces are available.
Step 2. Apply for DOH Special Event Permit
After receiving approval from Hi Fit Expo, submit the Hawaii DOH Special Event Food Establishment Permit. DOH recommends filing at least 10 calendar days before the event.
Submit by June 17, 2026.
Step 3. Finalize With Hi Fit Expo
- Email your approved DOH permit PDF to info@hifitexpo.com
- Provide your Certificate of Insurance with required additional insured wording
- Confirm electrical needs and designated outdoor cooking compliance

Can I purchase before approval?
No. Applications are reviewed first. Approved vendors receive a private payment link.
Is cooking allowed inside?
No cooking or open flame inside the Exhibition Hall. Cooking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.
Is a DOH permit required?
Yes. All food vendors must obtain a Hawaii DOH Special Event Food Permit.
