Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through hifitexpo.com, including vendor booth deposits, vendor booth payments, sponsorship payments, and event tickets.

1. Vendor Booth Deposits

Vendor booth deposits reserve limited vendor floor inventory for Hi Fit Expo 2026. For this reason, all vendor booth deposits are non refundable.

• A deposit holds your booth space and removes that inventory from public availability.
• If a vendor cancels participation, the deposit is forfeited.

2. Vendor Booth Balance Payments

If a vendor has paid more than the deposit amount, cancellation terms apply to the remaining balance.

• More than 60 days before the event: A partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit may be issued at the discretion of the event organizer.
• Within 60 days of the event: Vendor booth payments are non refundable due to event planning, floor layout commitments, and operational costs.

3. Sponsorship Payments

Sponsorship payments reserve brand placement and marketing inventory. Sponsorship payments are non refundable once the sponsorship is confirmed.

4. Ticket Sales

Event ticket purchases are final and non refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled. If a ticket transfer feature is available through the ticketing platform, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee.

5. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled: Vendor and sponsor payments will be refunded excluding payment processing fees.
• If the event is rescheduled: Vendor and sponsor payments will carry over to the new dates unless otherwise communicated by the organizer.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a question about a charge, contact us first so we can assist. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of vendor or sponsor participation, removal from the event, and recovery of fees and costs where permitted.
