Booth assignments are provided after deposit is received. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event.

Vendor Rules
- No amplified sound unless approved
- Keep booth within your 10×10 footprint
- No blocking aisles or neighboring booths
- All displays must be stable and safe
- Vendors are responsible for their own cash handling and devices
- Event management may adjust placement for safety or traffic flow
Booth Included
- 10×10 booth space
- 8-foot table and two chairs
- Two exhibitor wristbands
Electricity is an optional add-on. Request it during application or vendor support.
Food Vendor Rules
Food vendors receive a 10×10 indoor serving booth plus access to a designated outdoor cooking area.
- No cooking inside the Exhibition Hall
- Cooking permitted only in the designated outdoor area
- Propane and open flame must comply with local regulations
- Food category duplicates are limited
- Maintain a clean service area and manage your trash

- Certificate of Insurance
- Food vendors: Hawaii Department of Health permit
- Any additional documentation requested by venue or event management
Upload requirements are collected through your application or by request. Keep copies available during load-in.
