This Refund Policy outlines the terms that apply to purchases made through hifitexpo.com including vendor deposits, sponsorship reservations, tickets, and other event related products.
General Policy
Many products sold through this website represent reservations or deposits for limited event inventory. Because booth space, sponsorship placements, and tickets are limited, refunds follow the policies below.
- All purchases are subject to confirmation and availability.
- Once inventory is reserved, it may no longer be available to other applicants.
- Refund eligibility depends on the product type and timing of the request.
Vendor Booth Deposits
Vendor deposits reserve booth inventory for Hi Fit Expo. Because booth space is limited and event planning depends on vendor commitments, vendor deposits are generally non refundable.
- Deposits reserve booth space and initiate vendor approval and planning.
- Deposits may be refunded only if a vendor application is declined by Hi Fit Expo.
- Approved vendors who cancel their participation may not receive a refund of the deposit.
Sponsorship Reservations
Sponsorship packages reserve promotional placements and event visibility. Sponsorship payments are generally non refundable once confirmed due to planning and promotional commitments.
Tickets
Public admission tickets are typically sold through third party ticketing platforms. Ticket refund policies may be governed by the ticketing provider.
- Refund eligibility for tickets is subject to the ticketing platform terms.
- Questions about ticket refunds should be directed to the ticket provider when applicable.
Event Changes or Cancellation
Event details may change due to operational needs, venue requirements, weather, or circumstances outside the control of the organizers.
- Schedules, programming, and event layouts may change.
- If the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, organizers will communicate next steps which may include rescheduling, credit, or partial refund depending on costs incurred.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Each request will be reviewed based on the product purchased and the timing of the request.
