Live Controlled Sparring Opportunities brings martial arts athletes, teams, coaches, and fitness participants together for supervised technical rounds inside Hi Fit Expo 2026.

This is not a fight event. The focus is controlled training, safe movement, skill development, and connection across Hawaii’s martial arts community.
