Pure Energy Wellness is a faith-based, woman-owned holistic wellness and biohacking studio located in the Kaimuki neighborhood of Honolulu. Founded by certified health coach and personal trainer Cathleen “Cat” Field, the studio focuses on advanced light therapy and recovery services designed to support athletic performance, recovery, wellness, and overall health optimization.
